Essential Enclosures for Final Admission
Please ensure you have the following documents ready for submission.
Required Documents
Self-attested photocopies of the following documents are required:
Birth Certificate
Xerox copy of the original issued by a Municipal Body.
Aadhar Card
Copies of the Student, Father, and Mother.
Photographs
4 recent passport-size photos of the student and 2 of each parent.
Transfer Certificate (TC)
Original TC from the previous school (applicable for Grade 2 and above).
Report Card
Copy of the previous year's academic record.
Medical Fitness Certificate
Issued by a registered medical practitioner.
